Making a complaint
We aim to provide excellent products and service at all times. However, if you need to make a complaint we will strive to rectify the problem as soon as possible. In the first instance a staff member in our Customer Services Team will try to provide a quick and satisfactory conclusion for you. If you would like to make a complaint by letter or fax, please provide the following information so we can help you as quickly as possible.

- Your account/policy number
- Full details of your complaint
- Any relevant information
A copy of our complaints process is available at your request. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be able to take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
