AXA UK appoints Group Property Director

AXA UK has today announced that Deborah Parker has joined the operations team as Group Property Director, reporting to Kevin Murray, Chief Operating Officer. She will take up responsibility for the Group Real Estate function, encompassing Asset Management and Facilities Management.

Deborah is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with over 20 years property and business experience, primarily gained in service and retail organisations. She was most recently part of the Real Estate Advisory team within the restructuring practice of PwC, advising on – amongst other projects - the asset disposal strategy for Lehman Re, the restructure and subsequent disposal of Game plc and the real estate disposal strategy for Jessops. Notably, Deborah was the Property Director for Whitbread between 2003 and 2006, during which time she supported the acquisition and integration of Premier Lodge with the existing brand Travel Inn to create Premier Travel Inn [now Premier Inn].
