Suzanne was appointed Chief People and Corporate Responsibility Officer, AXA UK and Ireland in 2022. Suzanne has been a HR Director in AXA for almost 10 years most recently for AXA Health. She has many years of experience in HR across the finance, wealth and insurance industry and has held senior roles in organisations such as NatWest and Aviva, helping them to shape transformation agendas to achieve their ambitions.
She is also part of AXA’s global HR leadership team, contributing to initiatives around the world.
