Employers’ liability insurance is a legal requirement under the Employers’ Liability Act 1969 if you have anyone who works for you. This extends from full and part-time employees to volunteers, apprentices and trainees. It protects you if an employee falls sick or gets injured as a result of working for you.
Contents insurance will cover you can help you replace the contents of your shop. This covers everything from the toys, and you sell to the shelving you keep them on.
