What does tenants improvement value mean?
If you rent your premises, it's you that's responsible for covering the value of any structural improvements you make, such as installing fixtures and fittings, decorating ceilings and walls or fitting carpets or flooring.
Your landlord's insurance is unlikely to cover these improvements, so this will protect you if any of the changes you've made are damaged.
Why are some of your products unavailable to me?
Some of our products may be unavailable to you based on the details you have given us when you were getting a quote. For example, if you have told us that you are the only person working for your business, you will be unable to select employer’s liability insurance.

Why do I need to tell you about claims?
