- AXA Commercial responds to growing need for more sustainable solutions with electric vehicle fleet proposition
- Supported by AXA Business Resilience Team who are on hand to help customers manage and mitigate risk
- AXA looks to understand the risks of climate change and encourage and support customers to make a difference
AXA Commercial today announces the official launch of its electric vehicle proposition for motor fleet customers, offering a greener fleet option to businesses.
As businesses look to make more sustainable choices to their operations, AXA Commercial has responded to accommodate and support these needs with future-proofing policy edits. These include definitions and consideration for electric vehicle accessories such as charging cables and connectors as well as cover for loss or damage to charging points.
The proposition is supported by the AXA Business Resilience Team who are on hand to deliver the smartest solutions to manage and reduce risk. The team, made up of in-house experts, have a wealth of knowledge and can advise on how claims occur and how to mitigate them, helping businesses appropriately prepare their fleets for success.
AXA’s Future Risk Report revealed that climate change is the top concern for both risk experts and the public in the UK, making the move to an electric vehicle fleet a clear choice for businesses looking to advance their sustainability credentials. In line with AXA’s commitment to carbon reduction as part of the United Nations-backed Race to Zero campaign, AXA looks to understand the risks of climate change and encourage and support customers to make a difference.
Changes will come into effect from the 1st March.
