  • AXA UK has announced a new partnership with Women in Data, an organisation that aims to empower and support women though their data careers
  • The partnership further reinforces AXA’s commitment to foster gender diversity in the insurance industry

AXA UK has partnered with Women in Data, an organisation that aims to empower and support women pursuing a career in data and technology.

The partnership represents an important step towards advancing diversity and belonging and addressing gender imbalances within data and technology roles. Women are significantly under-represented across these roles and AXA UK aims to encourage them to pursue successful careers in data and technology within the insurance industry.

Through this collaboration, AXA colleagues can participate in a wide range of activities organised by Women in Data including lunch and learn webinars and meetings with members from other partner companies. They also have the opportunity to feature in the Women in Data Partner Spotlight community, which will appear on AXA’s Partner Page.

Additionally, AXA UK can advertise vacancies on the Women in Data jobs board, improving recruitment efforts and helping attract diverse talent.

I am thrilled about our new partnership with Women in Data. Our team is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace and this partnership is a testament to our commitment. This collaboration means we can create more opportunities for women in data roles within the organisation. I’m excited to see the positive impact this partnership will have on our data teams and the insurance industry as a whole.
