  • AXA UK has earned a spot on Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work list for 2025, ranking 31 out of 50, with an annual rating of 4.4 out of 5
  • AXA UK is the only insurer to be included in this prestigious list
  • The rating is based on anonymous reviews left between October 2023 and October 2024 by past and present AXA UK colleagues

AXA UK has been named one of Glassdoor’s Top 50 Best Places to Work 2025 and is the only insurer to be included in the list.

Unlike other workplace awards, the Best Places to Work are based on the input of employees who voluntarily provide anonymous feedback on Glassdoor by completing a company review about their experience over the past year.

We’re delighted to be named a winner of Glassdoor’s Best Places to Work. What makes this accolade so special is that it’s based on feedback from our own people, who bring our values to life every day and make AXA UK such a fantastic place to work.

At AXA, we strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can thrive, and this award is testament to our collective efforts. To be recognised as the only insurance company on this prestigious list shows that we’re doing things differently, and it’s working for our people.

A huge thank you to our colleagues for their passion, dedication and commitment – together we’ll keep building a workplace we can all be proud of.

The Best Places to Work 2025 are determined using Glassdoor’s proprietary awards algorithm, led by its Economic Research Team, and each employer’s rating is based on the quantity, quality and consistency of Glassdoor-approved company reviews submitted by UK-based employees between 17 October 2023 and 16 October 2024.

To be considered for the UK company list, a company must have received at least 30 ratings across each of Glassdoor’s nine workplace attributes (overall company rating, career opportunities, compensation and benefits, culture and values, diversity and inclusion, senior management, work-life balance, recommend to a friend and six-month business outlook). Complete awards methodology can be found here.

The Best Places to Work award is more than just recognition — it’s a trusted guide for job seekers striving to find not only a great workplace but also a better work life.

By showcasing companies where employees truly thrive, this award empowers professionals to choose employers that align with their values and priorities. It also highlights the critical role of transparency and feedback in shaping a future where work supports a fulfilling life.
